prices

The prices in the shop are shown in CHF including VAT. The price does not include the costs for packaging and shipping. They are mentioned with the product and vary depending on the size and packaging of the product.

 

payment

At the moment you can only pay via PayPal and credit card.

 

shipping

The dispatch takes place usually 3-5 working days after reception of the payment

If the goods are sent uninsured by post, the risk of loss in the post rests with the buyer.

Your goods will be sent with the Swiss Post. (Switzerland: Parcel up to 2 kg A Mail CHF 9.00, B Mail CHF 7.00) For deliveries abroad, the postage depends on the respecitve country.

 

Cancellation of the order

Cancellation is only possible before payment.

 

return

A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use and tags are not removed.

I accept a return of the goods within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must be unused and in perfect condition. The purchase amount will be refunded minus the expenses incurred for shipping.
